If you wish to submit feedback or report any misconduct anonymously through this form you may leave the Name and Email Address fields blank. Although you may submit an anonymous complaint without leaving contact details, please note that in this case we will not be able to provide you with updates on the resolution process; therefore, we highly encourage you to provide at least one method of contact so we can get back in touch with you.

MCT is committed to the highest standards of ethical, moral and legal business conduct. In line with this commitment and MCT’s commitment to open communication, we provide avenues for employees, grantees, local partners and any individual to raise concerns, while providing reassurance that the individual will be protected from reprisals or victimization for whistle blowing. (Fraud Prevention and Whistleblower Protection policy).

MCT’s Executive Director has the overall responsibility for the implementation of its Fraud Prevention and Whistleblower Protection policy. To ensure independence he or she will not have any role in the investigation but will deal with investigation reports once submitted. Responsibility for the implementation of this policy is delegated to the Deputy Executive Director. The Board of Trustees provides oversight over the investigative function. While MCT has an internal system for receiving complaints related to fraud, mismanagement or corruption directly, complaints can also be submitted through Auditors working in MCT’s partner countries. Contact information for the Public Auditors can be found in the Fraud Prevention and Whistleblower Protection policy.

Additionally, for complaints related to Green Climate Fund (GCF) funded activities, complaints can be submitted through GCF’s Independent Integrity Unit. https://iiu.greenclimate.fund/report-fraud/how-to-report
