Ms. Roxanne Siual Blesam, a native of Palau, is the Chief Executive Officer of the
Palau International Coral Reef Center. She brings over 20 years of experience in
various government positions, including her previous role as the Chief Executive
Officer of the Palau Environmental Quality Protection Board. In that capacity, she
was responsible for implementing the Environment Quality Protection Act and
enforcing environmental regulations to safeguard Palau's unique environment for its
residents. Additionally, she served as the Chief of Staff to the Vice President of Palau
during the 11th Constitutional Government. Ms. Blesam holds a Master's Degree in
Environmental Law from the Australian National University and a Bachelor of Arts
Degree in Political Science from the University of Guam.
